Master
of Science in Pathology--Specific Program Requirements
The M.S.C. program in Pathology has been developed to enable students
to choose didactic courses appropriate to their prior training and
current or future interests or to their interest in teaching pathology.
The specialized track leads to an M.S.C in Pathology with an emphasis
on teaching and research. A series of departmental courses examines
the students abilities and their role in the teaching pathogenesis
of disease. These courses permit students to emphasize pathology in
their graduate training and form the core of this program. A M.S.
C in Pathology with an emphasis on applied pathology and teaching
science, and adds courses and practical experience related to evaluation
and management of pathogenic factors. For the MSC in Pathology 50
credits are required.
